It just doesn’t get much better than this.  First, a call from the Denver Post, saying they were interested in doing an article about this blog, and then their suggestion that I meet with a photographer at the Russell Stover Chocolate outlet store here in Montrose. 

Naturally, I suggested to the photographer that she should get some shots of me holding a free piece of chocolate.  She even had me pose with several different pieces of candy.  And I certainly couldn’t just put the candy I had been holding back in the box!  So, surely you understand why I simply had to eat those free samples!

I felt a little guilty about the number of samples I ate, and also noted how good the last few pieces were, so I did break down and buy some chocolates.  After all, my Mom’s birthday was coming up, and I know how Mom likes chocolate (like mother, like daughter).
